Pre-wash your pads a couple of times before you use them for the first time. This will help increase their absorbency.
After you've used your pads, rinse them in cold water to prevent staining.
They can be stored in a small wet bag till your period has finished.
Can be washed up to 60 degrees. Avoid using fabric conditioner as this will make your pads less absorbent.
Avoid direct heat - air drying is best.

Outer: Fleece Charcoal Bamboo/Polyester Blend. Absorbent Inner: 88% Polyester and 12% Nylon. Backing: A waterproof PUL.
